PAC collects personal information strictly for the purpose of providing its services, including but not limited to Canadian Pardons (Record Suspensions), U.S. Entry Waivers, Criminal Record Destructions, and related applications.

    All data, including digital and physical records related to completed, cancelled, or inactive files, as well as free online evaluations, is securely destroyed or permanently deleted when no longer required.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time by submitting a written request. Where appropriate, PAC will update or amend records and notify relevant parties as required.
