Pardon Applications of Canada (“PAC”) takes extreme caution to ensure the discretion and privacy of client information. This information is collected solely for successfully and accurately completing the relevant application information required to process Canadian Pardons, Record Suspensions, US Entry Waivers, Criminal Record Destructions and other applications. PAC does not condone nor practice collection of personal data or information that is not relevant or unrelated to the services provided herein.

Personal information is any recorded information about an identifiable individual, and may include:

  1. name, address, telephone number or email address;
  2. date of birth;
  3. any identifying number, symbol or other particular identifier;
  4. information relating to financial transactions, including credit card number or bank account information; and
  5. correspondence that is implicitly or explicitly of a private or confidential nature.

By submitting your personal information to PAC, you give PAC consent to collect, use and disclose your personal information:

PAC does not collect survey data based on any identifiable information to any individual client or non-client, telephone inquiries, visitors to PAC office locations or visitors to the PAC website including free online evaluation applicants.

All data including digital and hard copy case specific information that becomes redundant or belongs to closed files or free online evaluations is promptly destroyed in an appropriate manner or otherwise in accordance with applicable law.

If you successfully demonstrate the inaccuracy or incompleteness of your personal information, PAC will amend your information as required. PAC is committed to outstanding client support and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concerns or issues which arise throughout the life of an active file. Please provide sufficient information in your request to enable PAC to provide an accurate account of your personal information.
