Waiver Submission Service Option ($375)
The most efficient way to submit your Waiver application to the United States is via e-Safe, a newly created online portal. Since the submission process can be complex and difficult to navigate, you have the option of ordering Waiver Submission Service (WSS) to have PAC submit your application urgently and continue serving you all the way until the U.S. makes its decision. This may be the best option for you if you are serious about acquiring your Waiver document as quickly as possible and without error during submission.
Waiver Submission Service is $375.00 which includes all taxes. This one-time payment includes 1) Urgent submission of your Waiver application by PAC to the United States via online e-SAFE, 2) Follow-up service and support until the U.S. makes a decision on your application, 3) Free Xpresspost with Tracking for your U.S. Waiver documents package mailed to you, 4) Free USB containing a digital record of all relevant documents and 5) a $100.00 discount on PAC's service for the future renewal of your U.S. Waiver.
Alternatively, you can decline WSS and attempt submission of your Waiver application on your own. That is entirely your privilege and your decision will be respected. This may be a better option for you if you're not ready to submit your application or wish to do so without incurring an additional cost.
Regardless which option you choose, remember that upon submission of your application you will be required to complete an immediate $585 USD payment to U.S. Homeland Security using a valid credit card. After submission of your application, you'll have 45 days to attend a biometrics appointment at a border/pre-clearance location. Following that appointment, the U.S. will make a decision on your application typically within a few weeks.
